The reason we, Hakusui Tech Group, exist is to realize “Happiness circulating society”. And that is not only for the happiness of our customers, but also for the happiness of our team members, business partners, the community, and society. And this happiness will continue to circulate in an upward spiral, and everyone becomes happier and happier.
To achieve this, we provide value (trust, technology, quality, price, and human relations) that exceeds our customers' expectations so that they will become “Hakusui fan”. We aim to be a by far professional, the professional company that our customers seek.
Environmental Activities
We aim to realize our corporate philosophy “Happiness circulating society” through the development, production, and sales of inorganic industrial chemicals and functional materials such as Zinc Oxide.
Based on this philosophy, we position harmonization with the global environment as one of the most important issues in our business activities, and we act in consideration of environmental preservation in all aspects of our corporate activities.
It is also our policy not to use conflict minerals (Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold), which may be a source of funding for armed groups in the conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring countries, and Cobalt or natural Mica originating from conflict and high-risk areas.
Environmental Policy

- Continuously improve and prevent environmental pollution caused by our business activities.

- To achieve our environmental policy, we establish environmental objectives and targets, review them periodically, and promote activities with employee participation.
- The Environmental Policy shall be communicated to all employees and all those who work for the Company.
- The Environmental Policy shall be disclosed to the public.

The Vision for Decarbonization
The Earth is a spaceship that carries humanity. We are firmly committed to playing a role in the creation of a decarbonized society so that our children can continue their journey in space. Our corporate philosophy, “Building the society where happiness circulates”, means that happiness will improve in a spiral shape not only now, but also into the future.

Initiatives to enhance and develop basic research
in science and technology
In order to achieve national development and contribute to the international community, it is of utmost importance to create unique science and technology that will lead to breakthroughs. Materials-related fields form the basis of many scientific technologies, and the variety of materials and their functions are extremely diverse, and they are showing increasing development.
The creation of new fundamental technologies - functional materials - is a high-risk issue that requires long-term research and development based on the results of research in a variety of fields, so it is necessary to take proactive measures to enhance the foundation of such technologies through collaboration between industry, academia, and government.
